Elisha Niebuhr is the Founder and CEO of Modern Interior Co., a design-driven firm redefining how staging, design, and business infrastructure come together. Since launching the company in 2018, she has grown it from a boutique staging business into a full-service interior design company with strategic staging solutions and a collaborative designer collective.

With a background in house flipping, vacation rental management, and real estate investment, Elisha brings an entrepreneurial perspective to design. Her passion lies in creating intentional interiors that elevate lifestyles and property value, while building the systems, strategies, and teams that empower designers to deliver their best work. As CEO, she oversees vision, strategy, and growth, recently strengthening her leadership through an executive education program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Chelsea Tarnas — Office Manager

Chelsea Tarnas is a career artist with a background in art handling, project management, and systems theory. Her artistic practice is rooted in fine art and art history. She holds a BA in Studio Art from Hope College and furthered her studies at the New York Center for Arts and Media Studies. Additionally, Chelsea earned an MBA in Sustainable Systems and a Certificate in Cooperatives from Presidio Graduate School in 2018, blending her creative endeavors with a commitment to sustainable business practices.

Jasmine Bible is an experiential designer celebrated for creating spaces that are as functional as they are emotionally resonant. With a portfolio spanning full-scale, multi-million-dollar renovations to thoughtfully executed room refreshes, she approaches each project with equal dedication and artistry.

Known for her bold use of color, vibrant patterns, and curated layers, Jasmine draws on her deep understanding of color theory to craft interiors that tell a cohesive story. Each design is tailored to the rhythms of daily life—balancing function, flow, and feeling—to create environments that are both striking and welcoming.

Jasmine’s designs have been featured in Nest Magazine, Mountain Living, and Clare, and her expertise has been sought by Apartment Therapy, The New York Times, and Hunker.

Jimena Bodegas — senior Designer

Jimena Bodegas is a designer whose work blends precision, cultural perspective, and a deep passion for creating environments that connect beauty with purpose. Originally from a small town in southern Mexico, Jimena moved to Mexico City in 2009 to pursue her degree in Industrial Design. She went on to spend seven years working in construction development design, collaborating closely with architects and discovering her love for interior design through hands-on practice in residential and commercial projects.

In 2019, Jimena relocated to Colorado Springs, where she joined Modern Interior Co. and quickly became a driving force behind the company’s Project Refresh service. Known for her ability to identify high-impact updates, she specializes in ROI-driven renovations that maximize property value. She also contributes her design expertise to staging installs, ensuring projects are both strategically styled and seamlessly executed.
